I was born in Grand Rapids Michigan, moved to Oak Park Illinois as a teenager, came out to the East Coast as an au pair (nanny). My undergrad was at Massachusetts College of Art (Studio for Interrelated Media) and my graduate work was at Rensaellar Polytechnic Institute in the iEAR program. I am currently getting my doctorate at a lo residency program through Tilburg University and the Taos Institute. I am a professor and do a lot of teaching online.
