Kevin Impellizeri

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in History at the University of Delaware. My dissertation -(tentatively titled "The Three-Player Game: A Cultural History of Home Video Games in America") explores how the meaning and usage of video games and game play in America have been shaped by producers, consumers, and nonusers.

I am also extremely active in public history and in historical memory. I am the Education Program Coordinator for Fort Mifflin on the Delaware and a tour guide at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site.

I currently live in New Jersey with my wife, two cats, and four guinea pigs.
